Sadie started out the day with a little strength training. Here she is doing some lat pulldowns. (otherwise known as desperately trying to use her toys to pull herself up to a standing position)
She needs a few more training sessions before she'll be able to do it on her own, so I gave her a little help.
Then it was time for her cardio. Nothing strengthens the heart like the good old backwards crawl. (She "crawled" herself right under the wall unit!)
All in all, a good workout!
