Still Sick...

Sadie's fever came back yesterday. So for the third day in a row we went to the doctor. This time they did some bloodwork. Her white blood cells came back high, indicating an infection. Since she has no outward signs of anything, they decided to test her urine to see if it could be a urinary tract infection. We should get the results tomorrow. In the meantime, Sadie is on antibiotics. She seems to be feeling better and the fever is gone so far, although she's still having some stomach trouble and is getting a pretty bad diaper rash. If it comes back that she does have a urine infection, we will have to have an ultrasound done on her kidneys. So hopefully she continues to feel better and everything turns out ok...
