Figuring Stuff Out!

Play time used to only consist of Sadie putting her toys in her mouth. Now she's figuring out how to actually play with her toys...

She loves to drop the blocks in the giraffe and then watch them fly back out...

For awhile, she'd just bang this toy on the ground because she figured out that when she did that, the animals would pop out and sing. Now she's figured out that she can push down on the lever and get the same effect...

And then when the animals pop up, she loves to push them back down and start over again...

She also now stacks and unstacks the rings on this toy instead of just eating them...

This one is my favorite. She now tries to fit the shapes through the matching openings in the bucket...

So deep in concentration!

Then she looks to see where the blocks went...

And opens up the lid to get them back out...

She makes sure to get every one of the blocks out...

Then double checks to really make sure...

And then triple checks to make absolutely sure!!

1/4 Italian!

Sadie is more Italian than she is of anything else. And while she definitely doesn't look like it, she certainly does eat like it! Here are some picture of her thoroughly enjoying some pizza and a cheese stick...
