Disney Trip Video

Animal Kingdom

Checking out the Gorilla...

Boarding the African Safari Trip... Looking a little sleepy...

And she's out!!

She slept right through the entire Safari...

Missed the whole thing...

Disney Fountains!

All fountains are fun, but Disney fountains are extra exciting...

She loved the fountains, but didn't love having water on her legs...

Running through the water while holding tight to Minnie...

Reaching for the sprinkles...

You had to jump on the circles to make water splash up. Sadie watched all the big kids jumping, and tried so hard to do the same...

But she'd take breaks in between jumps to wipe the water off her legs...

Jump, Sadie, jump!

Running with the big kids...

...will eventually lead to a fall...

... but Sadie hops right back up with a big smile on her face!

Water splashes down right on her head!

So fun!

More Fun in Disney

In the hotel room, hugging three of her Mickey dolls... You can never have enough Mickeys...

This was really funny. I was getting Sadie dressed, and when I took off her pajama shirt to put on her new shirt, I found a Mickey Mouse sticker stuck to her belly. Apparently, she had snuck it on the night before underneath her jammies and had slept with it on all night!

Laughing at herself...

Loving the popcorn... Her hand was at all time either putting a piece in her mouth, or hanging out inside the container...

Hogging all the popcorn!

Yum!

I couldn't resist, and I took a piece... Sadie did not want to share! Here she is sulking that I ate a piece of her popcorn...

Very engrossed in watching Beauty and the Beast on stage...

Then she wanted to play with stickers, so she grabbed them out of my diaper bag. But since we didn't have any paper to put them on, she decided to put them on her shoes...

She takes stickers very seriously...

Her artwork...

In amazement, watching the water fountain light show...

Getting a sink bath back at the hotel!

Celebrity Sightings

We had to wait in line for awhile at Magic Kingdom to meet Mickey and Minnie, but Sadie understood that we were waiting to meet her idols, so she was very excited. Anytime she heard somebody else in line mention Mickey, she'd whip around and stare at them, like "You know Mickey too??" When we finally got close enough to see them, she wanted to run over to them. But when it was actually her turn, she got very shy, and was kind of in a state of disbelief!

The next day, at Hollywood Studios, we went to the Mickey Mouse Playhouse Stage Show. Once again, Sadie was in disbelief! Nate, however, was not as excited...

Sadie was sooo excited though, that she wanted to charge the stage. Since screaming children running up on stage was not allowed, we had to leave the show a little early!

Then later on at Epcot, there was a much shorter line to meet the characters...
Playing shy by burying her face in Mommy...

Coming around and ready to really study Mickey's face...

When it was time to move on the next character, Sadie wasn't ready to say goodbye to Mickey...

"Mickey! Over here! Over here!"

"Awww Mom, I was talking to Mickey Mouse!"

Starting off again with the burying of the head...

Then moving on to the study...

Sadie was most excited to see Minnie! She smiled and then threw herself into me...

She couldn't believe her eyes...

Minnie asked to see Sadie with her Minnie Mouse hood up...

Then it was on to Donald!

Goofy was last up, and Sadie was really starting to warm up by that point...

After we left the line of characters, we walked down a hallway where Rafiki from the Lion King happened to be hanging out. By this time, Sadie was completely warmed up, and she walked right up to him to shake his hand!
