Sadie and I painted Christmas tree pinecones in the backyard today...

It got a little messy...

But she didn't mind...

"Here I am! I was hiding!" (It's funny because I used to quote photos with what I thought Sadie was thinking, and now I quote what she actually says- time flies!)

Today at the Park

Today at the park we searched for pinecones and flowers...

and butterflies...

Then Sadie took a little rest...

and she was joined by her friend Dylan...

Of course she had to take a moment to show me how strong she is...

Apparently boys are drawn to strong chicks because she was soon surrounded...

New Favorite

Sadie has very quickly become a huge fan of the poncho! She loves this thing! (And of course, it's extra great when paired with mermaid pants and minnie mouse slippers!)

Sadie is big on the "face grab." I think it stems from her controlling and possessive side, but I love it! So cute!
